1. Application Support Trainee

As an Application Support Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in application support while working in enterprise IT environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in  Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience
• Willing to join the 1-year development program
• Has interest in airline business process
• Has knowledge of Linux/Unix & Database
• Has knowledge of Operation Control System (Airport and Ground Handling System) is advantageous
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to work from office at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)

2. Pre Sales Engineer Trainee

As a Pre Sales Engineer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across critical pre-sales functions, including technical sales support, solution design, customer engagement, and service level management.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of working experience
• Bachelor’s degree from IT related majors
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Basic knowledge of programming and OOP concepts
• Interest and familiarity with IT trends and innovations
• Good communication skills and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program and commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment post-training
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)

3. Solution Analyst Trainee

Descriptions:

• Implements technical documents into application following company’s standard guidelines.
• Together with product management team and project managers to define software requirement specification based on end user business needs.
• Work closely with team member to ensure the requirement were met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience.
• Willing to join the 1-year development program.
• Good understanding of the Restful API concept.
• Good understanding of database design and SQL query language.
• Basic knowledge in creating diagrams (e.g. flowcharts, UML, BPMN)
• Has experience with other object-oriented languages and ERP with Odoo are advantageous.
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed hybrid at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).

4. Test Engineer Trainee

As a Test Engineer Trainee, you will gain practical exposure to various testing methodologies and tools, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in IT fields or less than 1 year of working experience
• In depth knowledge of software testing tools/quality assurance
• Basic knowledge of programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with analysts, developers, and users
• Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program and commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment post-training
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at  ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)
